Why we do this work

Healthcare organisations are complex and demanding places to work. Leaders and clinicians need the ability to balance numerous often competing priorities as well as the interests of multiple stakeholders. We draw on our extensive experience working in large and complex healthcare organisations to help the leaders, clinicians and staff working in these challenging environments to thrive. We want to play our part in ensuring that health services are responsive, sustainable and provide high quality care to the patients and families that need them.

Our consultancy services are tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. Drawing on an independent, whole systems’ perspective, our approach is to partner with organisations to co-design programs that deliver strategic and cultural change, improve operational efficiency and enhance the quality of patient care.

With over 30 years’ experience in executive director positions in the health service in Australia and the UK, we have a genuine understanding of its environment, culture, policies, procedures and challenges. We have a successful, wide-ranging record of strategic, operational and clinical leadership and change management.

The full day leadership development workshop was brilliant. I enjoyed everything about the day. It was full of valuable and great resources.
