Over 20 years’ experience as an executive director of nursing and midwifery services within large and complex healthcare organisations in Australia and the UK, including many years’ experience as a board member.
Debra has a successful record of strategic leadership, organisational culture improvements and operational and change management achievements. She works collaboratively to build effective clinical and corporate governance, provides inclusive and respectful professional leadership to the many staff with whom she has the privilege to work, and partners with key stakeholders and staff to ensure the services provided command the respect and confidence of patients, partner organisations and the communities served.

Throughout her leadership career, Debra has enjoyed coaching and supporting a diverse range of colleagues and staff to implement the complex changes necessary to achieve challenging performance targets. She has broad experience providing coaching services to established and emerging healthcare leaders and consultancy services to healthcare organisations. She partners with clients to develop their capability, adaptability and confidence and to help them improve their effectiveness and realise their potential.
Martin Cutler

Many years’ experience in senior finance and general management roles in the healthcare sector, including extensive experience as executive director of finance and performance in the UK health service, as a board member, and in senior strategic management and financial leadership roles in Australia.
Areas of expertise include the strategic financial leadership of complex healthcare networks, leading the distribution of resources to and the financial performance management of healthcare organisations, coordinating the financial management of funding policy and organisational changes and contributing to organisational development. Martin sees things from a whole system perspective, and works in partnership with the multiple interests involved in complex organisations to bring about successful and sustainable change.
Martin also has significant private sector experience in the UK and internationally. Areas of expertise include systems and financial auditing, financial planning and development, and a range of consultancy work across diverse industries.
