The process

Coaching is designed to support the development and achievement of personal, professional or business goals. It is intended to unlock previously untapped sources of productivity, imagination and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach and challenges we’re striving to overcome. Partnering with a coach can set you on a path to greater professional and personal fulfilment and success.

My coaching and mentoring model emphasises active listening rather than instructing, asking discerning questions rather than providing answers, and helping participants to consider options rather than giving directions.

Who are coaching programs for?

Individual coaching begins with an in-depth personal discussion to assess current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship and identify priorities for action and desired outcomes. Sessions are focused on the participant and their specific requirements, are confidential and provide a safe environment for open discussion.

Team coaching includes an initial discussion with clients to understand their desired outcomes and then discussion with the team involved to assess the state of team working and define the scope of the relationships. Sessions use a whole system perspective to develop the capabilities of the team as a whole as well as the individuals within it to meet the client’s goals.

All coaching services are provided in accordance with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics, which describes the core values, ethical principles and ethical standards of behaviour for all ICF members.
